The Push-Up Challenge
As PR Lead for The Push-Up Challenge, I look after the earned media strategy for the annual Push-Up Challenge which takes place in June of each year, and raises awareness and funds for mental health charities including Lifeline, Movember and The Push For Better Foundation.
I am the earned media consultant on the event, developing strategy for each year’s event, right through to execution and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
I also work across ambassador engagement and liaison, as well as concepting and executing on events to drive media coverage for the event.
In addition to the June Challenge, I look after founder profiling for CEO Nick Hudson, and profiling for The Push-Up Challenge’s charity, The Push For Better Foundation. This work includes seeking and securing conference speaking opportunities for Nick Hudson, seeking out industry awards for The Push For Better Foundation, and developing thought leadership narratives and pitching these to media outlets, podcasts and other platforms.
